I received my Ph.D. degree in economics at Beijing Normal University in 2009. Then I joined Business School, Nanjing University as an Assistant Professor of Population and Labor Economics. Before academia, I had worked as a reporter at a business newspapers in Beijing and Shanghai for four years.
Sep.2007- Oct.2008, I had spent one year as a visiting researcher at the Institute of Labor Economics(IZA) and a visiting PhD student at The University of Bonn.
July 2011, I had visited the School of Economics, University of Nottingham as a visiting professor for one month.
February 2018, I had visited the University Service Centre for Chinses Studies, Chinese University of Hong Kong as a visiting professor for one month.
